ARAM - BOT Players

The Problem:

So I pretty much only play ARAM, and there is a real problem with BOT players. I report them, but it is so rampant that it doesn't even matter. I've searched for this in the forums and see this was talked about since 2013. This seriously ruins gameplay for me. Nothing like having 3 BOT players on your team and its actually a good team comp.

RIOT Possible Solution:

Appoint Administrators of some sort. I realize this would take a lot of trust from RIOT, but I doubt they have enough employees to troll games for these players. I do see many of the same names when paired, so I would assume there are trustworthy players RIOT can grant permissions too.

Player Solution:

Best way I figure to get around this is to increase friends list and make sure you have 5 player party. Even then going against an enemy team that has BOTs takes the fun out of it. At least your team would be able to end the game faster though =P.

Player Solution:

Get to level 30 and try your best to get the best win/lose ratio you can.

You won't ever see bot players you might see some IP farmers / account levelers but they try to win and typically get IP boosts a lot. Lower win/lose ratio you will see more perm banned players trolling but higher you get the less you see (they typically are very bad players).

Some times of day are worse to play than others. So if you are losing streak stop playing and try different time.

If you do good your only problem you run into is premades which inflates bad players elo's so you get a bunch of bad players thinking they pro who forget your elo didn't get boosted to be playing there.

Rampant? For real? I've never encountered this and I play ARAM... Maybe I don't play as much as you. You probably play a lot if you encounter familiar names. Nevermind me.
