Pernamently banned

Hi. I made this thread for a discussion and to show you my current situation. TL'DR: I've created account in 2013 year. I spent much time enjoying this game, I never was type of toxic person, tho I had one chat restrict during all my LOL-life, I don't even remember why I got this. In October 2016 I had to be hospitalized. For almost a year I haven't got any access to pc. Few days ago I tried to login, first - it was incorrent password. I was sure I forgot the one I've used. So after creating new one I've finally logged in and puff. Beautiful message about pernamently banned. In message why I got banned, there are words full of hate and toxic - just unbelieveable how someone can be like this. Here I got to conclusion: my account was hacked and hacker hasn't changed email. Last game played is from December, so I'm guessing my account was hacked in November/December 2016. I've tried message support to help me, I was sending them screens from my very early gameplay, from all years I've played and the last screen I captured. I have even offered them to send my ID and documents I got from hospital to prove my account was hacked and I couldn't know my account was being hacked. In every mail I received - they can't help me. Remember that you are fully responsible for all activity made on your account, and if suspensions or bans are incurred we will not be able to modify them.

I just don't know what else I can do, how to explain my situation. I feel responsible for my mistakes, but I haven't even know that someone is playing on my account. Everything was happening without my knowledge. I have huge sentiment to this account. The people I met, struggles during getting silver in 2014, 4v5 won games, fun playing with friends, competite with other players, waiting for new skins and many, many other things. So here comes the question I wanted to ask:

How would you feel if it happened to you?

What you need to do first is initiate account recovery. While logged out, start a ticket saying “I need help accessing my account” under an email that hasn’t ever been linked to your League account. Once that process is completed, you can better ask them for a one time exception to the rule, as you cannot control being hacked.

That is not guaranteed, but they certainly have issued exceptions for bans while hacked before.

There is nothing to do. Riot support told u already. Anything that happens on your account is your responsibility. You cant prove that your account was hacked, that you didnt sell it, let friend play on it, let brother play on it. Hell why should anyone believe your hospital story either? All you can do is move on.
