Riot's Permaban system is only ruining the game for new players.

How hilarious is it that every single new player gets into a game with 2-4 toxic former level 30's and when they dive that alistar under the turret they have to listen to nothing but rage all because they didn't know any better. To be honest I don't think this game deserves to get any new players anyway because of how flawed the report system is. These new players are going to think it's okay to be incredibly toxic since they are on the receiving end of it game after game and they will eventually be perma'd.

I guess ol Lyte didn't really think that one through huh? LOL! What a garbage system.
