I'm just wondering if this behavior would get me banned.

Before I say anything, I know I'm the asshole. I just want to know if this will get me banned.

I'm a mid silver support main. ADCs here are... terrible. Absolutely terrible. So what I do is this: I watch them farm for two waves. If they miss more than half the cs, bar circumstances like a late invade or overaggressive trading, I start farming.

This has a couple of positive effects. 1. It makes sure someone's getting the gold. 2. It generally makes my ADC pissed enough that they magically become better at farming because they don't want me to have it. Occasionally I'll get a Jinx that can't outfarm a Taric but that's not my problem.

It has one massive negative effect, namely I get spam ? Pinged and usually my mother is threatened.

I just mute them, and continue. I just want to know if I will get banned for this, thanks.

You have a gold income item for a reason. Antagonizing your laner due to your misguided view is not helping.

Yes, this can contribute to a potential ban if it's a habitual act. Any actions that cause overall harm to your team's gameplay experience is frowned upon. What you're doing is established bad etiquette and known to cause unnecessary drama.

  1. You're causing a negative impact to the player you're meant to be a lane partner with
  2. You're in turn potentially disrupting your entire team if the drama leaks into chat
  3. You're not being a team player, which is what being a support main is about

I'm not sure the role is for you. Being a support main is just as much about mentality. From what you're displaying here, you're lacking it. By your own declaration, you know you're doing something wrong. Don't try to absolve yourself through others.
