To all the people saying sup singed is bannable if you refuse to "play with your team"

I have read thousands of the comments on reddit and here saying things like "sup singed isn't bannable UNLESS you refuse to buy sightstone" or "sup singed isn't bannable UNLESS you roam too much and leave your adc to 1v2" or even something like "you need to group with your team when they tell you to or you can be banned." I am sorry but based on Riot's own rules for reporting and punishment these are all DEAD WRONG. There is a huge difference between something that you don't like and something that is reportable. Among the things that you CAN'T be reported for is TACTICAL DISAGREEMENTS. Yes really. That means that if you want your support Singed to come back to lane but they truly truly believe that they can contribute better by counter jungling at that moment, YOU CANNOT REPORT THEM FOR THIS. This is not fundamentally different than reporting someone for not grouping for a team fight or reporting someone for item choices (which are both explicitly not allowed). Example: buying 6 tears is reportable because this is not a strategic difference this is trolling (unless they truly believe that's the secret op build in which case they are probably B5 anyway), not buying sightstone because they sincerely believe that they can contribute more with another item? Maybe dumb but NOT reportable (I know it's painful but sometimes you can't force everyone else to do what you want). TLDR: Jut because someone is using a strategy you disagree with does not mean you can report them.
