Team each feed 1 kill and go afk at 3 mins in Ranked Solo/Duo (troll) please mods look

Please get these players banned. This isn't fair. Most my games a player or two say something toxic and I ignore it but when this happens I can't help but ask myself why don't more extreme penalties occur after being trolled this hard. Keep in mind this is a Ranked Solo/Duo. I was alone for this match.

I was adc, and after I lock my jinx my support locks in zed and I offer to give him a shot. He immediately gets toxic and says "f you I got autofilled I have a big d" . After loading i suggest he doesnt take my farm and does get poked. He buys a longsword and I ask him why. Before minions start attacking each other. Zed, Illaoi and Master Yi on my team proceed to dive the bot lane. They all die then Illaoi and Yi disconnect and go afk. Zed runs down mid and feeds another kill. At this point mid laner gives up and also goes afk, which i totally understand. the game is over within 11 minutes of loading in.

This isn't fair and shouldn't be tolerated at all. I'm confident nobody wants team mates like this. Please update on their consequences at it will satisfy me to hear their accomplishments from league have been removed from them.
