I really need advice T.T

Hello everyone :) I am a former gold 2 and now gold v player.My problem is this : i cant win a game no matter what i do. I will give 2 examples: 1) I played a game recently and i was 11/1/1 as a jungle Khazix (pretty fed right? :P) and my teammates all lost their lanes.Well that wasnt my problem and i dont blame them.But! I asked them to try and play around the fed Khazix cause i had the most chances to actually carry at the time.They didnt cause i had the most kills.This happens a lot in my games not just on that one,but that was the most recent one. 2) When someone is fed on my team and im not i try to give him the chance to carry and he throws.He thinks he is a god or something and i cant convince him that some things are just wrong,e.g a 15/4Darius that went 1v5 on elder dragon to steal it and ofc got kited and bursted..Then the enemy team took us 5v4 and proceeded to win the game.Can anyone tell me what i should do on this matter?

Have you tried letting them have some of the kills when you gank?

While this sounds more like a Gameplay-related post, I'll do my best to address your question. In situations where you're ahead as an assassin, you want to still play safe while getting picks. I'm not really sure what you mean by "play around a fed Kha", since he doesn't really bring much to a teamfight when his team is behind. It's best to just have your team play safe and farm up until they have their core items to successfully engage and win a teamfight.

You mention an example where all of the resources were put into the fed Darius and he was taken down, and then the team had nothing to hold off a seige with after he died. A similar point can be made with your situation, as putting all of the kills into a single player is a high risk, medium to low reward scenario in the case of assassins.
