Hacker account

Okay. First of all, it's my first post so i want to greet all of you, wasting your time to read that. :) So let's cut to the chase. In november I was on integration trip from my high school. After return i saw few strange things on my account. Frist of all when i've logged i club chat with description "One more log in and i change password". Well, thats weird. I went to my match history and i see ten games i've never played. Okay, things getting weirder. First what i've thought is that i need to change my password. After that I'm going to my e-mail and see 3 attempts to change my password. After all of that I saw i have some new people on my friend list. I wrote "who are you?" He asked if I'm the owner of this acc and after short conversation he said that my account has got hacked and published on pastebin. After short search i found it and it was true. There was my account between 300 other accounts. Never used "free rp sites", my computer is free of viruses and password was "strong" so i have no idea how is that possible that someone could know it. But, i had only few losses and few wins, in general - one division lower so i thought not bad, acc still is mine i can promote again. So I were keep playing and nothing wierd happend. But.... beautiful, sunny day, perfect to play some league. I'm entering my new password and then: "your account has been permanently suspended blah blah" Reason? Using 3rd party programs. It's a mistake, fast contact with support and its going to be good. For sure. Yeah... First I've tried was contact with my country support (it does not make sense to post photos of that here because many of you probably wouldnt understand that) and all I've got was something like copy-paste formula from EULA. Okay so I've anwsered and asked about reply fitted to my specific case. Another copy-paste. Tried few more times to talk with "bot". Result? Absolutely nothing. After some time my friend told me that NA support is much more definite. Worth to try. So, I've wrote a messenge and as an anwser i've got almost same formula but in english. Also Riot Supporter wrote "This action is only taken after repeat punishments". Repeat? My biggest suspension was 10 matches chat restrictions for flame in march and few low queue priority from leave buster. So I've decided to write here my experience and ask you for any advices or support with that situation or competent person will anwser me here. I'm playing allways from one ip address and I think riot technicans can easily check that in ~~ one week many people were playing from diffrent places. In my opinion riot's approach to the matter is kind of illogical and disrespectful. It's like punish and put into a jail a person wich car has been stolen and then used to rob a bank. Absolutely unfair.
