Riot ban people for flame but dont care about people that are trolling or playing bad

Like today i get ban on 14 days for toxic yes i was toxic but how people that are playing nothing like junglers that come gank but die because they dive tower for no reason or just people dont gank support no wards no teamwork buying items on others charachters in ranked i think that ranked is for people that want to be better why you let people that are doing thinks like this be in ranked if ranked play only people that know what to do and buy wards or teamwork and look on pings of others people there will be zero flamers and what is that you call balance ? or no bugs ? i saw today over 10 bugs like when chogath use flash to R me but i flash faster but the game still kill me like what or jarvan Q E combo he miss but still knock me up or Ezreal vs Blitz when Blitz Q and Ezreal use E and you think ok i grap him but then the grap dont come back just ezreal go away or same with darius when i use R and he E i was in air too kill him but the game say no and he just run away its too why people are flaming i dont know how half people that are playing LOL get to Gold and then they dont help dont look map afk trolling in fucking ranked i dont say if that was normal game but in ranked afk no help no teamwork zero wards from support why you let this people play ranked when they play bad no play zero skill and then just ban this guy because he say to this bad noob that he is bad noob nothing more just ban flamers like you will be winning more games if you will stop flame its the most shit think ever like if i dont get stupid people that miss every spell and then just say pc problem in ranked like what ok i know that you cant hit everything but when he miss every spell and even cant use spell and you will say to him something you get fucking ban for flaming if there was no idiot noobs and people that are little bit skilled or LOL make better tutorial there will be no flame you dont want people to flame then make people play better like in silver 1 i try 500 times to get do gold but i cant and i have good score no feed good kills win line push everything but my team lose one line and its over i cant just win because someone feed enemy adc that oneshoot me how i get to gold then ? or when people go afk or buy bad items miss every spell even Faker cant get from bronze because he can play like god but no team will lose because of jungler that only feed or adc that is buying ap its seems that iam hating my team but no i see guys playing soo much good that they can play lcs but they cant get even too gold because of trollers and if like say something to them you are flamer like i say only dont pick this champ but pick this champ is better and they start to call me flamer or i ping 100 times too help me and they just look at me how i die and then when you say no help ? they start call you flamer wtf then you just say you are idiot ? ´they report you and get banned for 14 days for what ? how then i get to gold or learn something when i stuck in silver because of people i get like from bronze 1 to silver 1 every single game carry and nothing start losing on team and the most funny thing is that people they report me are like in champion select can i go top i say no and then fuck you idiot noob bronze 5 and one last word grow up kids pls saying true is not flaming
