My Attempt To Repeal My Perma Ban

Ok, im just gonna start this out by saying that its probably gonna be a no, but might as well try, here it goes, I really want to get my main account back, i know ive been a Big POS in the past but i was never like taht to begin with, i would start out a game as a team player and everyones friend, but as some of the games went on, people started to tilt, and it got to me and im not proud of it, i did my best to stop and not get tilted, but sometimes it just got to me,i regreted it after everytime. ive dumped so much money, time and love into this game, and especially into my main account, thank you for listening to me and if someone from riot could help me out that would be nice
