Got first ever chat restriction during preseason, am I still eligible for rewards?

Hey All,

I was honor 5 all this season and last season, with no prior history of negative activity through 196 levels and thousands of games on my account. I finished the Season at Gold V and Honor 5, and when the season ended it said on my profile page that I was eligible for the skin, but during preseason yesterday I suddenly got a 10-game chat restriction after I flamed a troll who was intentionally griefing her support and top laner yesterday. My honor was reset all the way back to level 1.

I said the F word once (never used any other slurs or profanity) and I made fun of her and said things like "Isn't it past your bedtime?" and "Do your parents know you are on the computer?" which I know I should not have said, even though it is nothing compared to all the actual hard flaming I've seen in my career. I know that I should not have said anything at all, and I'm very regretful, even though honestly I do feel like this punishment was a little harsh and caught me by surprise after 1 bad game with not so much as a warning over the last 2 years.

If my honor dropped during preseason after I was eligible on November 12 when the season ended, can I still get rewards? Also, If I'm not eligible, does anyone know how many games/honors it takes to get from honor level 1 to 2 once I've unlocked my honor again? Since getting restricted yesterday I've played 8 games and gotten 15 Non-Premade and 6 Pre-made honors over those, and I'm back on my usual best behavior, but I have no idea if I'm close to even unlocking my honor again. If you reach honor level 2 by February 11, 2019, you will get the rewards.

Submitting a ticket to Riot Support would be better. I'm sure you are ok since you were honor 5 before the season ended. However, if you are not eligible and still need to hit honor 2, I still think you'll be fine. If you are consistently honorable and play a ton of games, you'll get at least one checkpoint per week. I say play a lot of ARAM. Some say that you won't earn as much honor progress as you do in summoner's rift, but that is false. It was confirmed by a Riot Supporter in the discord chat that was advertised in the client. Less time spent playing while earning some yummy honors!

I got chat restricted last weekend and just logged in today to see that I unlocked my honor and got my season rewards!
