False 3rd Party Program Charges

So recently I received the following email:

Hello Summoner,

Your account: [username] was banned due to the use of malicious 3rd party programs or modifications to your League of Legends client. We believe that all players should play on equal footing in an effort to promote competitive sportsmanship. You should be aware that modifying your League of Legends client is against the Terms of Use: http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/legal/termsofuse. We hope you can see that it is unsatisfying to play against other players who are using a tool to gain an advantage over others.

If you wish to dispute the actions taken against your account, you may contact us via this link: http://support.riotgames.com

I can't find the section in the Submit Ticket section to dispute the ban so I'm looking for insight here.

I play with a computer that has about 700 MB free memory prior to running League of Legends so I can't run a browser while I play much less a 3rd party program to modify League. Whatever 3rd party program was used was not mine, unless it was a virus or malware attack that did it.

I received my ban notification on a night I wasn't even playing a game when I wasn't even signed in, so it definitely wasn't me, unless people receive ban notifications outside of game as well for 3rd party programs or client modifications?

I'm assuming by 3rd party programs it doesn't refer to people reporting me for how I must've hacked my way into Plat since I've been playing like a Bronze for a month almost.

I've had instances where I've gotten notice about using 3rd party programs while playing a different game before called Maplestory even though I wasn't using one. I'm assuming this is a similar case except I'm receiving a ban instead of a game disconnect. I think it may have been due to my extreme lag sometimes making my character do multiple moves in a short number of frames though.

SO, after my long-winded speech, does anyone know a way to resolve this ban issue? Any help will be gladly appreciated.

Have you given your account information to anyone else at any time, felt your account may have been compromised, used a public or someone else's computer to play, let someone play League on your PC, or have any programs which may change game settings in any way including adjusting your aspect ratio?

To contest your ban, please submit a Support Ticket. I suggest asking them if there was a timeframe in which the 3rd party applications were detected, so you might have an idea what was going on with your PC or account at that time.

Just put the ticket under Account Management, or General Questions.
