You clearly know who they are, who cares if they spend money. Ban them, ban the afk's, the toxic, the cheats, the heavy feeders you don't need them in this game. You have a good player base of legit cool people who spend money on this game and it is ruining it for us. I don't blame others for fighting back against the trolls and toxic one can only be patient for so long! Please ban these cowards behind the key boards I guarantee you see a rise in game quality!

And please add an ignore option for harassment in here as well in the forums.

I feel like they need to bring the actual Tribunal back. Ever since they got rid of the player based tribunal, the trolls and toxic players have gotten out of control. When we DID have the good tribunal, trolls got what they deserved and the game was actually playable

Here's the rub, How do you determine acceptable retaliation in an automated system?

What is understandable responses or not is dependent on the context, and to fully realize the context we would need some people manually reviewing it. And there are far too many cases to manually review.

So the best answer is, "You are responsible for your own behavior, regardless of what other people say". So now the system only has to worry about what a single person says when looking through a case, and doesn't need to worry about context. Because, "They were meaner than I was!" is a stupid excuse anyway. It just means both of you were in the wrong.

If someone is getting on your nerves in chat, you can mute them. Report them after the game to help prevent other players from having to put up with the same shit that you just had to.

I personally do. It's against the ToS. Mute and report for the toxic ones and simply report the intentional feeders. Add the games to the review list and they'll eventually get punished.
