I got the lower priority queue and that was not my bad cause my sister she broke the router so she did try to troll on me for two days if u can understand it please try to fix my account cause I'm really hate to wait for 20 mins bc someone else thank you

They have some leniency built in, even after accruing enough afks/dcs to reach the 20 minute queue. This was not caused by a single incident.
yeah it takes multiple times to even hit the 5 minute ques, 1 time of your sister fucking with you wouldnt put you in low priority lol
The game can easily tell if you afk was intentional or not. There are two programs running when you are in game, so if the dc was not intentional riot would see that you lost connection to both the game and the launcher at the same time (They would be stupid not to have logs for this). If not then you it means you left intentionally and should be punished. Though if you end task both programs (starting with the launcher) it would look like connection issues and you might be able to get away with a couple more dcs then you normally would (I should really not give ideas to people).
