What is riot going to do to ensure that matchmaking is more clean

I don't really care If the community thinks i'm just being a cry baby. That being said its very evident that you can't get a grip of the toxic players in ranked. Ranked should be taken more seriously than it is. Its a shame that win or loss someone is being toxic or trolling. I've open tickets to talk to someone so I can get further education on how your system works but your team doesn't give me any information or gives me a copy and past useless answer. Reading stories on reddit about people who are being banned because they are trying to pick up the slack of accountability that you are not enforcing. Now I have to write up this post with a fear that I'm going to be one of those people? I hear top streamers talking about how the toxicity has gone up since you implemented this auto fill system. So if you want the game to be all fluffy and joyful then why are you putting something in just to cause a cancerous environment? I only want a response from a riot employee
