What is riot going to do to ensure that matchmaking is more clean

I don't really care If the community thinks i'm just being a cry baby. That being said its very evident that you can't get a grip of the toxic players in ranked. Ranked should be taken more seriously than it is. Its a shame that win or loss someone is being toxic or trolling. I've open tickets to talk to someone so I can get further education on how your system works but your team doesn't give me any information or gives me a copy and past useless answer. Reading stories on reddit about people who are being banned because they are trying to pick up the slack of accountability that you are not enforcing. Now I have to write up this post with a fear that I'm going to be one of those people? I hear top streamers talking about how the toxicity has gone up since you implemented this auto fill system. So if you want the game to be all fluffy and joyful then why are you putting something in just to cause a cancerous environment? I only want a response from a riot employee

I agree. Matchmaking is ridiculous. It's horrific in bronze and silver ranks. The inconsistency and mismatched games across the board make the ranking system an utter joke.

I have gone from 1 win away to getting into my promos and now i'm fighting to stay in my league. I feel like their has to be a solution to this problem. I'll bet i get suspended or my account gets banned before he gets a suspension and all I did was ask him to play better after he starts the game 0-6. For those wondering the text on top of that was " I don't Fing care"

LOL, the only reason you'd be banned is for becoming a "toxic player" you didn't say anything toxic to speak Also blaming 1 game as the reason you fell to barely in your division is sounding like you just had a few bad games after tilting Games happen, you can't climb forever

Its not 1 bad game man thats the thing and thats a classic uneducated riot response. It happens every game. I've played most of today and every game someone deserves to get reported not just on my team but both teams. It just seems that its happening on my team more so i just free fall all day.

Long run he will be banned. Also the response of its only a few games is not a limited response. over the course of this season you will play what could 100x this amount of games today. Riot knows this, are they going to say Ohh yes your right, these 4 or so games today are totally on us, rather than just knocking it up 2 rng happens.

You very well could be the only person whose stuck in their elo becuase of shitty teammates(said no one ever) Just because shit happens. The world is not fair, learn this now.

You lost a game due to a troll you'll win a game due to a troll It happens, simply because you're receiving it now doesn't mean you've not benefited in the past from it. If you've ever won a game you thought you shoulda struggled more in and didnt write a long post about it, declaring that ranked needs to be more strictly enforced. Then you're being a hypocrite, because everyone is affected by "trolls" in both positive and negative ways.

Remember at the end of the day, you are not a professional gamer You are not payed to play league of legends You don't need to be soooo hung up over a few losses. I've played thousands of games over the seasons, I've lost games for every reason under the sun. It never occured to me that clearly I was not the one responsible......

You can win a 5v4 a 5v3, learn the game and how to take advantage of a weakness. Its all about applying time and effort rather than looking for a quick blame mechanic to why you lost.

TLDR SHIT HAPPENS, learn to deal with it

Edit Riot employee's aren't the same as the board workers, just a heads up(you won't be getting riot involved here)

I get what you are saying. Are we having a disconnect here ? I'm saying that every game win or loss on either team has had some troll. I'll take the wins just like everyone else but their has to be a better system than just deal with it and move on. I've been around in this game just as long as you have an i know exactly all the elements of winning, losing and what a game can throw at you. This isn't an emotionally charged post because some little 5 year old in 1 game pissed me off. No this is a series of games of the course of a weeks . I did unfortunately narrow it down to just today in my original post. Trust me man I'm one of those people that can actually look in the mirror and see when I actually screw up and lose a game for my team.Just in real life I don't need my boss to tell me when I screw up because I already know and internally i'm already chewing myself up about it. That also goes in this game aswel. This being said; As the consumer of their product I feel like I should be told what their actions are to fix this massive problem that everyone knows about. If I can't get ahold of them through a ticket (and get a legit response) not well you're just being hard on someone because you're emotionally charged. No its not like that you just copy and pasted that from your list of responses. When I ask for something more than that they tell me that they are closing the ticket if I have nothing relevant to talk about. Ugh i got off track. so if i can't get a hold of them through tickets or on their discussion boards and everyone including them knows this is a problem. How can I get an official statement outlining their game plan to fix it?

Simple, become important.

Right now neither of us is more than a speck of sand maybe even less than that.

Riot outlined enough to let them pass judgement as they want

If you want riot to lay out their entire business plan for handling toxic players my guess would be go work for riot.

Submit a ticket as well could lead somewhere(doubtful)

Add riot staff igns and just ask them

I've taken the ticket avenue a couple of times and they tell me to shoo fly you are asking to many questions. Not those exact words but I can see the middle finger they are holding up between the lines. Its unfortunate that they don't have a connection with their fans base.

Only real option would be to go work for riot, if you want to know badly enough.

That or just build up relations with riot employees to get that info.

Fan base, you are not a base you are a fan The boards are a fan base Become someone of note, then you will get more access.

I guess that's where we agree to disagree. Once again the system of its ok to screw everyone ever off of one small constructive polite request rears it's ugly head. It's interesting though when I watch the content video of the beginning of riot and how they want to create this magical game and create and awesome community of people and be involved they some how made it ok for people to act like this..... I wish i could copy and paste the entire chat log but one person being ignorant caused an entire team of people to just turn into a toxic pool of cancer. "thresh would you please try to hit your relic procs please its making it hard for me to last hit" his reply " go fuck yourself"....awesome. It shouldn't be this hard to connect with a group of people that put out a video explaining how much the loves us and this game blah blah blah and they wont to create an awesome environment blah blah blah....well lets see it? sorry man but this is where I ask you to respect my statement saying I want a response from a riot employee because this back and forth is going no where. From your previous comments I know you can identify that this is a problem but you take the approach of I don't care. The fan base needs to band together so riot has to make a change. The I don't care approach is bad for the long term growth of their company. Yes bottom line bottom line bottom line but one day people are going to wake up and be like i'm done. Then they have nothing.

I get too many first time ADCs... please get rid of autofill. They haven't even been toxic... they just know they suck and apologize so I can't really say shit other than damn they need to get rid of autofill. It's a real bummer. I play fill and STILL get people who got autofilled on my team. Please rito :/ I can't carry my carry.
