Hi I got banned and it's was because think it was because I was toxic but I don't know if it was that or the last game i played someone hacked me I got beef with someone and he said I will get banned I didn't listened and bam after the game I'm permanently ban also sorry for my grammar I'm not native ( also that was like 7 month ago)
Timethief491 votesYou should have either gotten a reformcard in the client with more information or an email. If you got neither contact the players support. If you want to discuss your ban here we would need said logs.

OnlyYouCanHearMe1 votesThe chat logs are the conversation of the game that you are referring to in another comment. You can get them by trying to log into the client (which I think you have said you deleted) or by sending a ticket in to Player Support.
If you saw the chat logs in your Reform Card then it was definitely a ban for toxicity through the Instant Feedback System.
