About permanent ban

(I'm french so my english is a little bad, i hope you can understand what i want to saying) A lot of players know this feeling when you get ban, and the politic of riot is a very strict. But all the players who get ban want to stop their bad comportement. Players want to change but why riot never change? Why we dont remove their ban? For those who never get ban, you dont know this feelings and trust me you are very sad. Riot, can your hearthe totallity of your community, WE WANT TO CHANGE OUR COMPORTEMENT

riot gives you a 14 day ban to give you this feeling of being banned. if you really want to change you can do that after the 14 day ban. if you dont change after that, you dont change after a permaban either.

What you are really trying to do is blame Riot for your mistakes. You failed to understand you could get banned. You continued to act poorly.

Additionally, your English is fine. Politic should be policy and comportement should be behavior.
