This is Kind of dumb. (Regards to Leaverbuster)

So I'm playing with a friend who's LEARNING league. and got leaverbuster from not being able to connect to a BOT match. Picture: The leaverbuster message in question.

I honestly don't see how this is even fair. especially when People check their ping and stuff in bot matches. If there is reasoning besides it just being an auto system that this happens I'd love to know^ ^ I love this game and played a LOT trying to get friends into the game and then them getting shafted cause of their internet has a problem, kind of puts off my friends. ;n;
