ok so i got permabanned today nothing much to add to it but i just want riot to remove permabans and add 6months and 12months bans i really wanna get my 500€ acc back somehow, but ohh well i guess riot bans for a reason

They recently implemented this little button next to peoples names in game on the scoreboard that allowed you to mute them. It's super effective. I'm sorry you lost such a big investment, but you gotta know by now flaming is never the answer. Just mute anyone being rude and report them after the game
When you kill a killer you will also get punished. And yes you are correct. Perma bans are not lifted if not done by mistake
