Rito, please unban me, replay.gg, please watch my last game when i went veigar, or when i went vayne, i agree i was toxic af but i had my reasons, please unban me, or at least give a 6 month or anything but not a perma.

Riot does not reverse permanent bans unless they were given out in error, and with you admitting that you were toxic af, I think it's safe to assume that there was no error here, so it's very unlikely that your punishment will be lifted. The reasons why you were toxic are irrelevant. It doesn't matter if someone else was being toxic to you first, whether it be through chat, trolling, intentionally feeding, etc., their actions do not excuse your own poor behavior.
Unless your behavior was extremely over the top to where Riot decided to instantly escalate you straight to a permanent ban, you received multiple other punishments before this warning you that your behavior is unacceptable, with the e-mail for your 14 day ban even saying that your next punishment would be a permanent ban. You chose to ignore all these warnings and continued on being toxic, showing that you have no intention of changing your behavior, which is why Riot permanently banned your account.
What are these 'reasons' you speak of?
I typically don't think there is really ever a 'good reason' to be toxic, so I am excited to hear what you consider justified.
Sorry but you had multiple chances to reform and you chose not to do so. You already admit you were toxic which means that your punishment was deserved. If you want to discuss your ban then post your reform card in it's entirety, but I will say right now that bans for behavior issues are never overturned.
