Can we get a system to dodge games, due to toxic/trolling teammates in champ select?

Too many a times i que up for a ranked game, then some sort of world ending arguement breaks out, causing either trolling or flaming in champ select. 75% of the time due to snobs who have been autofilled to support, refusing to play the role. My suggestion: Make a champ select dodge system. If three people vote, then voila, everyone is returned to que, never to see and argue with one another again. I understand this could cause dodges due to the enemy team comp being better SO: make a charge system, similar to rerolls in aram, but charges being gained WAY less frequent than the rerolls (obviously). There might be more people floating around waiting in the que because of this, BUT im sure the in game experience would improve, and the community would surely be happy not having to lose 3LP and 5minutes (or more!) due to something that is out of their control. Any thoughts!?

I think dodging for them just encourages that if they troll and act like that then they get their way.

I agree 420, but that just plain sucks for the player that needs to dodge. and whats the system morde? lp loss with a dodge timer? hardly a system imo.

Perhaps riot could test a pop up screen if you leave champ select. Like a survey that asks why did you leave. An option could include because a player was griefing the champ select. You would still get a ban though but perhaps riot could use the info to see how bad the problem really is.
