Int feeder and deranker griefing other players in Ranked

So i have my fill of trolls in the solo que since Dynamic Que was taken down. This last one was the last im dealing with until Dynamic comes back up. This is champ select and he proceeds to feed 3 kills, GGs at 4mins, and leave before 10 mins.
