Banned with no reasoning or proof?!?

I received an email earlier today stating I had been banned for "MMR Boosting". Never have I shared my account with anyone or even my significant other whom I live with. This is entirely out of the blue. I thought maybe it was because I had about a 2-3 week period where I was able to play and actually focus myself on leveling through ranked because I had available time to do so, but that was just me focusing on getting to my goal. I also thought maybe it was because now that the season is over, I've been playing with more co-workers who are a much higher rank then I (Plat/Diamond) which would by associate resulting in my MMR to be raised.

So of course, I submitted a ticket, but all I got was the generic "Copy/Paste" Response that everyone else seems to be getting. And the chat system is down, so I'm unable to get this resolved tonight, which is rather irritation because I was just about to start my weekend and I had time off so I would have been able to play quite a few games this weekend.

So all I am asking is for the proof (which I know is none) that I boosted my account. Because If I got banned, my significant other would have been banned too since most of our games are played together. But he didn't get banned, which is more proof that the system is flawed. And I know I'm not the only one that is getting unjustly banned today.

You placed in Bronze 4, climbed slowly (after a short decline) to Bronze 2, then over the course of a month climbed to Gold 3, and then just stood there. Around that same time of the huge increase in ability, you started playing champions you never or rarely played before, and for those that you had played before you were immensely better somehow. You then stopped playing ranked altogether, and only played normals/ARAMs for the rest of the season. Minus one ranked game you played after it looks like the boosting was over, but in that game you suddenly did much worse than would be expected for someone who suddenly climbed to Gold 3.

Riot has access to much more data than we can examine in match history and their data very likely confirms that it was not you playing the games during the time frame of your immense jump in skill. Keep in mind Riot does not issue this type of punishment unless data confirms that you violated the rules. That being said, if you still want to claim this was in error, you can request a review by contacting Riot Support.

I totally understand where you are coming from, but prior to the month I had put aside to focus, I never had time to focus and make the push to my goal. I was merely playing to past time and get better. And once I reached my goal, sure I stopped playing ranked because I reached where I wanted to get too. I didn't have the time to focus to rank anymore because of work.

Sounds like bs to me. The truth never lies dude. Even if you lie about it one time, it will come out and bite you from behind and reveal itself causing you to regret your actions.

I love how you refuse to even consider he might actually have got time for once then life called him back. Maybe it is true maybe not. As someone who works myself i can confirm that when you have more time you proportionally suffer less stress which helps the concentration. If he did boost however then rip

Im sure they take that into consideration, but again Riot has much better information than what we have, and of that data we can see. it just seems weird that this person who had little to no time to play certain champions, just up and get good with them out of the blue should put up a red flag. Someone who doesnt have time shouldnt do well with champions they have never played before, that doesnt make sense.

What's wrong with climbing to Gold 3 ? On different account from silver 4 I climbed to Gold 2 in a matter of weeks, with one instance even jumping by 2 leagues after promo game. How is that suppose to be "elo boosting" ?

Pretty much anyone has 2 or 3 LOL accounts, where some of them haven't been played for long time. Since when it is punishable to boost your own alternative account ?

Riot has more data like the ip where you log in from and your playstyle. They have a lot of detailed info to determine who is smurfing and who is mmr boosting.

Check OP's match history and ranked climb, bronze 4 to gold 3 on champs they never played before in a month.

How does playing on another account boost your own account's rank? Even when I play on a different account I'm playing the same champs, as 90% of the community does.

I'm not sure what you mean by this. All the champs I played during that time were champs that I stick too. Excuse me because I don't happen to have Mastery 7 on all my support classes, but I do play all of them.
