Hello riot. Its been a long time. I am very sorry for my past mistakes and have been learning to be more of a team player. My new account adnoy1 has been an account of change for me. I regret all the toxicity my previous account adnoy was full of. I am sorry for being toxic to kind people and even other toxic people and wish to no longer hurt anyone any more. I ask of one thing that would be so kind and I will not take for granted. If you can lend me my previous adnoy account back with maybe a permanent chat ban instead of its permanent ban maybe that account will get honored and improved. Please I just ask for this one favor I spent alot on that account.

I'm afraid I have to tell you that Riot does not overturn account bans in any circumstances where the ban was correctly applied. The old account is not going to be recoverable.

They overturn permenant lifetime bans if you're famous though

A lifetime ban (or ID Ban) is not the same as an account ban. Those individuals do not have banned accounts returned to them, and ID Bans are something no normal player will ever be likely to have leveled against them.

But you're not making a point a lifetime ban isnt an account ban Everyone can be held to standard of the account only the extreme cases deal with ID

That's actually exactly my point. Someone can be so toxic that they get ID banned which would be an extreme case and then have the ID ban removed. You can't say "stop effing feeding" too many times and can't get your account back eventually?

Kind of a bit overkill for the little guy and lenient for the famous dude imo.

But id ban doesn't get the user an account back the famous dude gets id banned the little guy doesnt if anything the system is harsher to "famous people" since the game can punish them twice as hard for simply being famous

Permanent account ban = Never getting account back but you can make a new one ID Ban= Riot will hunt you down across every account you create and permaban you

The case you're referencing is only Riot unbanning non-toxic accounts that were ID banned. The toxic accounts will remain permabanned along with your own.

but your point does not apply to this situation. They have a policy called ID Ban or Ban on Sight, those are not, nor do they claim them to be permanent.
