OK after posting this and waiting just a little bit i have gotten access to the new crafting system! i can now finally enjoy all of LoL again. Also for questions such as "how long does it take" it was probably around 1 month of suffering for me and i guess it may vary. GL guys on getting the crafting system, wish you the best of luck.

Agreed man. I think it would be far more reasonable to be unable to use it WHILE chat restricted, but the current system of "You got a 10 game chat restriction once, you are banned from this feature until further notice" is just so dumb.
It probably gets reinstated 3 months after your 10-day restriction.
Well I am not even going to bother playing this game anymore been playing over 5 years not a single ban ever. I had to type in "I Agree" for the first time for falling asleep in the loading screen (was taking about 6 mins to load) after finishing 14hour shift at work. Now I get banned from HEXTECK crafting and looting. Well done Riot and you will lose a lot of players from this ridiculous addition to the game.

Yeah the report system is targeted to remove people who say bad words that hurt little kid's feelings and not take out the people who are actually ruining the game by feeding or trolling. It's not your fault dude it is 100% Riot's awful report system and their inability to fix the simplest of issues with their minuscule minds bent only on releasing new skins and getting money instead of improving the actual game in any way.
You aren't PERMA banned from it. You are just banned from it for the time being and can gain access to it in the future.

I hope some Rioter see's this. Riot first day of hextech crafting i got one of my favourite skins Shcoblade Zed and i was reaaaaally excited for this new system from first time i saw it in a video on youtube who was seeing it in PBE and i really liked it but there's something wrong.As other guys said I had chat ban like a month ago or more for 20 games or less i dont remember. And now after a game that one of my Teammates or me get S or S- Grade it says in the chat after the game is ended in stats and all that you and a mate got a S but i didn't get Loot because of chat restrictions. If this isn't permant and its bug or something pleaaase fix it today I could get like 2-3 chest but i got none cause of this please fix it cause in your official website you said that is not permant just untill some one is reformed and 1 month after same... so please I hope you fix it cause i think its a great thing to have in League of Legends and it will help A LOT

The only thing that makes me happier than knowing you don't get loot is knowing that you'll see a message after every game telling you that you won't get loot!

This Game Being to be impossible, play with noobs who they are premades y play good solo they 0 follow start fight alone 4 vs 5 or 3 vs 5 and y lose oblsy then they report you , now wait a minute are y fucking kidding me, i need to do something else in 45min no to waste it with plp are not in my rank league, yesterday i was ahdead to gold 3 then the bot lane got trolled me blitz ali so no adc tnad the jungler 0 fight i played 1 vs 4, then when y told me move do something they report y nice, and without motion the game vefore that , that i got troll support urgot and othrs troll games like 7 min 20 kill thir adc, and riot want us to behave good with plp like this?? no are you try to waste our time and game concentration and close our mouth wtf this system again and again, gold containt noobs better then bronze , RiotHell!!!

Wow this is actually a great solution to combat toxic players. Block them from their freebies if they don't behave. For once Riot I applaud you. Maybe now people will just shut the hell up for once, and scream at someone in the room with them.

Riot is simply a victim, or possible enabler, of "America 2016". Say bad words and be punished because no one nowadays has a spine and they all report you for little to nothing, or just abuse the instant feedback system on purpose. Glad to live in such a sensitive time /sarcasm.

What about for players who actually got banned? Like an actual ban, like a 2 week ban, how much does it take?
Previous season before the hextech arrived i had ban, for all of the season i didn't get any rewards, this is season 7 now and its still the same, why dont i get it? I hadn't been muted or banned for season 6, what is the problem then? please fix this asap, thank you :) P.s My account might be bugged, because after chat restriction for 12 games with no talking, raging or reporting after those 12 games instantly i got ban for another 32 games, after that another 32, maby this has something to do with this, but i couldn't believe how that was unfair to me.
