Im honor level 1 yet still recieving keys?

I assume this is new and it seems to be a good change honestly since it is so easy to lose an honor level ty riot youve done something good for once.

I believe after you unlock honor progression after a punishment, you also unlock key rewards.

Honor is locked for a short time after a punishment (a dozen or two games of good behavior). After your honor is unlocked, honor 0 gets no rewards, honor 1 gets greatly diminished but not zero rewards, and honor 2 gets normal (it goes up from there).

fun fact: i got more keys during my time in h1 than i did so far in my h2 time.

i think im back in h2 for 2 months now, so about as long as i was in h1 and i got i think 6 keyfragments. i got more in h1 im serious
