This hec i just got out of game with even though we won was straight toxic like ive never been and i have been banned for shit not even close to as bad as this guys toxicity was i had a shitty laning phase and he was straight toxic all game i muted him right after his first comment and i never fired back at him. Im done with this game if this guy doesnt get banned i have never been this toxic to teams not toxic to me and i got my main perma banned for being toxic. i have screen shots of the post game lobby and that was only 1/4th he was like this all game.

So here is what you need to understand.

  1. the system will only give you punishment notifications if the game you reported him was the game that got him banned.

  2. the system punishes based on severity x consistency.

  3. Due to privacy laws, his behavior / punishment is literally none of your business.

So if the dude had a one off game, your encounter with him will not get him punished. But if he was consistently toxic, then the system will pick him up.

Even if he got chat restricted the next game, you'll never know.
