My account got permanently banned and I didn't receive an email as to why

Just today as I tried to log into my account (username - ApoS), I received a message telling me that my account had been permanently suspended. It also told me to go to my email to view the additional information. That was all the message said. I then proceeded to my email to see what was going on and I didn't receive an email at all. I have only ever gotten 1 leaver buster warning, and that was many weeks ago. I am not a toxic player, and try my best to have fun with friends each game. Please help!!! I want to at least know why I was banned! Could it have been a technical glitch to my name? Someone please explain this to me!

Submit a Support Ticket and they'll let you know. Also, make sure your email is verified by clicking your profile on the top right of this page and going to Settings.

But the notification told me that additional information is in my email. I'm obviously upset about this ban but what also gets me is the lack of reason or justification behind it. My account is verified, and I have already submitted a ticket. Do you have any ideas on how long I would have to wait? Also, do you believe that this could have been some kind of technical error? Thanks for your help btw

Check your spam folder for the email as well. They didn't ban you for no reason, the email just didn't get to you for whatever reason. It could take a few days for a response to your ticket, but they'll get to it. Don't bump the ticket or it'll get placed in the back of the queue.

I looked all over man... email regarding the ban is not there. I swear this is some kind of glitch because I literally have done nothing wrong.

Just to be sure, take a look in your profile (your name in the top right of this page), select settings and take a look at the email address. You might be checking a different address from the one you used to make this account.

Checked the correct email address. And checked all my email addresses. Nothing. I cannot believe this.

That sucks man... Maybe you got permabanned for a 3rd party program that you most likely don't have, because the 3rd party program buster is bad.

I dont have any third party programs.. How do I dispute it if it were the reason for my ban? I still dont even know why i got banned yet

I had the same problem they didnt even send me a email and my account got banned out of the blue.

Again.. It's very unlikely anyone can help you. Unless a friendly Rioter happens to drive by.. Email support... From what I have heard they are pretty good about eventually getting back to you.. At least with a reason for the ban..

SOOOOOO ANNOYING SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME TO! I am quite a friendly player and i got banned for no reason and didn't receive an email on my only league account email! Can anyone ppppllleeeaaassseee help me because i spent 120 euros on my account and i was bronze 1.
