My account got permanently banned and I didn't receive an email as to why

Just today as I tried to log into my account (username - ApoS), I received a message telling me that my account had been permanently suspended. It also told me to go to my email to view the additional information. That was all the message said. I then proceeded to my email to see what was going on and I didn't receive an email at all. I have only ever gotten 1 leaver buster warning, and that was many weeks ago. I am not a toxic player, and try my best to have fun with friends each game. Please help!!! I want to at least know why I was banned! Could it have been a technical glitch to my name? Someone please explain this to me!

Submit a Support Ticket and they'll let you know. Also, make sure your email is verified by clicking your profile on the top right of this page and going to Settings.

Just to be sure, take a look in your profile (your name in the top right of this page), select settings and take a look at the email address. You might be checking a different address from the one you used to make this account.

That sucks man... Maybe you got permabanned for a 3rd party program that you most likely don't have, because the 3rd party program buster is bad.

Again.. It's very unlikely anyone can help you. Unless a friendly Rioter happens to drive by.. Email support... From what I have heard they are pretty good about eventually getting back to you.. At least with a reason for the ban..

SOOOOOO ANNOYING SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME TO! I am quite a friendly player and i got banned for no reason and didn't receive an email on my only league account email! Can anyone ppppllleeeaaassseee help me because i spent 120 euros on my account and i was bronze 1.
