Custom Skin Usage
I just want to ask if will I get banned if I use a custom skin? And can a rioteer pls confirm if I can use a custom skin just to make sure.

I'm sure they have some rule against it cause if they didn't than you would see a lot more custom skins on the game, well probably. But who knows, maybe no one has tried before.
custom skins only show for your screen only. other people will just see the classic champion. shouldn't be a problem since some youtubers (brofresco) have done it also.
Custom skins are under "use at your own risk"
According to the Terms of Use as written, I would say that custom skins are not allowed (under Section 5, subsection ix).
Of course, there is often some disconnect between "rules as written" and "rules as intended/enforced". Riot might be inclined to leave you be as long as the program doesn't give you some kind of unfair advantage.
Still - as written in the terms of use - if it interacts with the client, it's verboten.
