My account was hijacked, soon after my old PC had overheated and melted the CPU, I have purchased way over 500 USD worth of things, only to be told that I am responsible for what happens on my account. Which makes no sense, because I WAS NOT IN CONTROL of the account. I reread why the account was banned and it was for "toxic community member". All im asking is for someone of league customer support to look this over and atleast attempt to want to help me.

Account security IS your job. If you have receipts from the time, maybe.

na easier for them to just put out more skins and rake in the money screw balancing, making new maps, and pff customer support, ive made many reports and only got copy paste responses until i mentioned legal stuff to which they quickly gave me a human and made up some excuses and closed the tickets, so unless you get a lawyer and threaten legal action they wont even look at you, their heads are finally to swelled to remember we're who pay their bills

Ok...well....

You get emails for every punishment your account receives, so why did you only reach out to them after it got permabanned? Furthermore, if you had already gotten your 2 week ban prior to it being hijacked, therefor making the permaban the first "hijack email" you received, then settle down...it was probably going to happen anyways. (And you lose all credibility in believing your account got hijacked and THATS why you got permabanned, not because you had already received several bans and suspensions before that...nooooooo someone ELSE was controlling your account LOL).

ALSO...why did you not attempt to retrieve your account? Your email is still tied to it, why not recover password then change your account? Why not reach out to Riot as soon as you realized it was stolen?
