perm banned after 5 years of playing. really?
after 5 years of playing and being reported by flamers i now just get banned. what a joke this game has become

If you'd like to discuss the behavior you were punished for you should post the chat logs here.
Post your reform card or you aren't gonna get much help into why you were banned. All we can say until then is that under normal circumstances it takes going through at least 3 prior punishments and still not changing your behaivor enough to get permabanned.

if you get permanently banned it means you are the kind of player they do not want playing their game. they want you gone and never to come back.
