Ok first gonna try to be civil i know the flames are coming.... permabanned for saying %%%% once in a match when being called %%%got and retard by my support for 30+ minutes.... then getting over our issues and winning the match.... now i did have a 2 week but i riot did not follow their own rules for banning they skipped steps one and two completely on me..... IT just amazes me ... I went how many matches since my two week without any incidents and one sour apple and one swear word lost me my entire account.... It saddens me to say i can't support rito anymore

Punishments generally follow a basic escalation path:

First Offense: 10 Game Chat Restriction
Second Offense: 25 Game Chat Restriction
Third Offense: Two Week Suspension
Fourth Offense: Permanent Suspension

However, it is possible to skip to a Two Week or Permanent suspension based on the severity of the behavior in the game. Excessive negative behavior can result in a Two-Week or Permanent suspension at any time without having a chat restriction on the account.

They are following their own rules, as per what you linked:

Hate speech (such as the word you used) is considered excessively negative behavior, and typically results in an immediate 14-day ban on the first offense. Given that you HAD a 14-day ban, any subsequent violations will result in a permanent ban unless your track record since your last ban shows a long-term improvement in your behavior. Note that "long term improvement" usually means several months.

Further, that is the timeframe estimated to drop your account punishment by one level. Hate speech on top of the chat restriction level on a previously punished account would likely still result in a permanent ban.

Just show them a reason to get your account back, I'm sure if you were to tell them you wouldn't use such words again they could put your account on a trial period. Then look over the games to ensure you didn't bad mouth anyone in those games. But if they did do this you'd have to respect a 3rd strike system.

I would submit a ticket, maybe giving a small plea of sorts. Not, "begging" to get it back. Just apologize or something similar. I wouldn't know how it works, I usually tend to just keep away from typing in chat (Because it requires me to stop playing for a few seconds)

I believe that Riot is generally very fair with bans, i mean like, how hard is it to not be a jerk?
