Should pointing fingers/blaming other be a bannable offense?

Recently got a 14 day ban for blaming a clearly inting teammate for inting. Talked to support about this and they say that any form of negativity is bannable and this includes blaming others for inting or trolling.

Gods Shaft: how is it possible to go 1/7 Gods Shaft: wait lulu actually is just afk and inting wtf?

thats what they said was the main offense. Thoughts?

do you think, when your team read that, that they felt better or worse about the game?

do you think they had more or less fun on reading it?

do you think that it improved your chances of winning by typing it?

if your chat isn't helping your team win, you shouldn't be typing it.

  1. Christ your name is hilarious

  2. Yeah it should be. Pointing fingers adds nothing productive to the chat. You either tell a troll that what they're doing is working which will make them continue or you further tilt a player that was just having a bad game which will make them play worse.

It's tier escalation. So, all offenses are generally treated equally. If it is worth a chat restriction, it is worth a ban. (Under this particular system)

Personally, I would never issue a permanent or 14 day ban over minor offenses.
