I got BANNED for this????

I told my enemy Wukong to int and I got banned? This gotta be a joke please Riot. Never once did I flame someone. I've never int'd once where I have more than 15 deaths and less than 1 kda I was just pushing the Wukong to int. Why is it that I get banned when I try to win the game? It's the same concept when you get first blood in a solo lane and you type ? Please tell me this is a joke.

PS: I've tried Riot support ticket, they've told me I caused a negative experience to players around me. IVE NEVER FLAMED ANYONE NOR DID I THREATEN ANYONE.
