First of all i got banned immediately twice for saying the word %%%%%% one time. As i was Q'ing up for the next game i was gone.
This guy, on the other hand, said Ni***r in champ select and then spammed it throughout the entire game. HE STILL NOT BANNED

He should get banned but sometimes Riot doesn't pick up these cases. Some of my league friends have said it and nothing has happened its really weird.
Personally I'd write a ticket to support and hopefully that triggers something

Sometimes people get away with it. I said stfu followed by a homophobic slur once in an aram and never got punished. Idk if anyone reported it though. Dont expect perfection from human creations. We kinda suck at perfection.
