This is the Only game on the chatlog and Exactly what they posted on my perma-ban report it has not been altered at all. so if this is perma-ban worthy, then FUCK THIS GAME!

You are right this chatlog alone isnt permaban worthy, but its reportable and since you have acted like this in majority of your games since this is a permaban, then its right to assume you had to deal with chat restriction as well as a 14 day ban. You didnt learn from those, so why do you think you deserve your account if you cannot follow simple rules? So just to be clear you arent permaban because of this one game/chatlog alone, you are permaban because of your continuous toxic behavior. This chatlog alone shows that you are overall negative in your games. It does nothing to help get people better or help solve the problem.

Just so you know, Riot no longer only permanently bans people for extreme toxic behavior. Riot has a new 4-tier punishment system that they implemented back in mid-September, so there are now 4 tiers of punishment for chat related offenses:

1.) 10 game chat restriction 2.) 25 game chat restriction 3.) 14 day ban 4.) Permanent ban

The way it works is, you start at the lowest tier for your first offense, and every offense after that will move you up to the next highest tier, regardless of how "minor" the offense may have been. This means that anything that is worthy of giving you a chat restriction is also worthy of giving you a permanent ban, provided that you behave that way frequently enough.

Knowing that, it is highly unlikely that this alone gave you a permanent ban. Rather, the ban is a result of this on top of you receiving multiple punishments in the past and not changing your behavior at all.

Something to note is that t is possible to completely skip the chat restriction punishments and be escalated straight to a 14 day or permanent ban if Riot deems your particular case severe enough. I don't know if this is the case for you, but if you never received any chat restrictions, then this is likely why.

Also, the system isn't designed to send you every game that lead to your punishment, so it's possible that there were more games that caused you to be punished, and even though they weren't sent to you, Riot still has access to them.

I'm not sure they perma ban from one offense, so it's this in addition to the dozen+ other times you went on similar tirades that probably did it. Just a guess, though

This SHOULD NOT be a bannable offence, i feel sorry for you man. Riot is fucked up, they take your money then ban you for offences like this so you have to start over....just get the courage to find a new game DOTA 2 has a much better game and punishment system. just a thought

Yea, you were being a douche, you deserved it. If you got Perma'd that means you've already been Temped a few times for this, so you didn't learn your lesson. Grow up and stop harassing your team mates.

Also, it looks l ike you were sitting in base for most of the game based on the text later down. So, doubly so. Again you have to do this often enough that you actually got Perma'd, so that means you've sat in base AFK (Your not playing, even if you are typing, so you are AFK for all intents and purposes, and Riot's AFK Leave Buster isn't fooled by you typing or moving a few steps.) So that means you've ruined a handful of games because you've deemed it below you to even try. So yeah, screw you. Deserved that ban.

While not nicely worded, this is the only part I agree with. If your behavior is perma-ban worthy, then stay out of this game. It just isn't for you. While it's unfortunate that you weren't able to identify that you don't belong here before you started playing, it's fortunate that you're able to realize it before more damage is done to both you and the rest of the community.
