This is the Only game on the chatlog and Exactly what they posted on my perma-ban report it has not been altered at all. so if this is perma-ban worthy, then FUCK THIS GAME!

You are right this chatlog alone isnt permaban worthy, but its reportable and since you have acted like this in majority of your games since this is a permaban, then its right to assume you had to deal with chat restriction as well as a 14 day ban. You didnt learn from those, so why do you think you deserve your account if you cannot follow simple rules? So just to be clear you arent permaban because of this one game/chatlog alone, you are permaban because of your continuous toxic behavior. This chatlog alone shows that you are overall negative in your games. It does nothing to help get people better or help solve the problem.

well to be fair its not my job to help players solve problems or get better. yes that would be nice but when other players are flaming and being toxic, ofc your going to say "idiot" one fucking time. IRL you dont flame like that or u get punched out, if riot thinks this offence is perma bannable then fuck this stupid little kid game

I wasnt saying it was your job, but if you are using the chat, usually you use it to help you win the game. Telling these people they are terrible, they suck, others should report them, etc does what exactly? why do you need to type these kinds of things into the chat? Again though this game alone isnt permaban worthy, its the fact you havent learn that your behavior isnt tolerated in the game. Riot set the rules and you must follow them. if you dont like it play another game. Dont break the rules and get get mad when you are actually caught in the act!

Read what you wrote in your chat logs. You don't think if you did that in real life you wouldn't get punched out? You don't think you would be fired if you acted that way to your boss? So if that kind of dialogue isn't acceptable in real life then why is it acceptable in a video game?

Everyone in this game gets a maximum of 4 strikes. If you used up 3 of your strikes then you should have been more careful. Its like people who are on parole. One slip up and they go back to prison, even if the offense wouldn't normally be worthy of jail time. That's essentially the situation you were in, you had gotten punished before and you were on thin ice but you disregarded all the warnings and didn't think the rules applied to you.

Sure you'll never get paid to help players solve problems or get better but isn't that the right thing to do? Isn't that what you would want if you were struggling with this game? Or would you prefer someone laughing at you and telling you how bad you are?

Punishment is dealt in 4 steps;

  • 10 game chat restriction
  • 25 game chat restriction
  • 14 day account ban
  • Permanent account ban

Essentially, this one game didn't get you permabanned; all the games through your previous punishments lead up to it. If there is anything toxic in your chat, the report will be valid. If the report is valid then it can lead to the next punishment.

You're right that it's an automated system, but you're wrong that it's because they are lazy or you were ripped off. The system is very good at its job, and it's necessary because the manpower required to efficiently process reports is just ridiculous due the the huge number of players in this game. It's not a ripoff because we all agree to the Terms of Use, and violating it is not a slight against Riot but against your fellow players. Enjoy the game, but not at the expense of everyone else.

If your ban was an error then you can submit a Support Ticket and they will investigate and remove it. Doesn't sound like it was, though.

Just so you know, Riot no longer only permanently bans people for extreme toxic behavior. Riot has a new 4-tier punishment system that they implemented back in mid-September, so there are now 4 tiers of punishment for chat related offenses:

1.) 10 game chat restriction 2.) 25 game chat restriction 3.) 14 day ban 4.) Permanent ban

The way it works is, you start at the lowest tier for your first offense, and every offense after that will move you up to the next highest tier, regardless of how "minor" the offense may have been. This means that anything that is worthy of giving you a chat restriction is also worthy of giving you a permanent ban, provided that you behave that way frequently enough.

Knowing that, it is highly unlikely that this alone gave you a permanent ban. Rather, the ban is a result of this on top of you receiving multiple punishments in the past and not changing your behavior at all.

Something to note is that t is possible to completely skip the chat restriction punishments and be escalated straight to a 14 day or permanent ban if Riot deems your particular case severe enough. I don't know if this is the case for you, but if you never received any chat restrictions, then this is likely why.

Also, the system isn't designed to send you every game that lead to your punishment, so it's possible that there were more games that caused you to be punished, and even though they weren't sent to you, Riot still has access to them.

Yea, you were being a douche, you deserved it. If you got Perma'd that means you've already been Temped a few times for this, so you didn't learn your lesson. Grow up and stop harassing your team mates.

Also, it looks l ike you were sitting in base for most of the game based on the text later down. So, doubly so. Again you have to do this often enough that you actually got Perma'd, so that means you've sat in base AFK (Your not playing, even if you are typing, so you are AFK for all intents and purposes, and Riot's AFK Leave Buster isn't fooled by you typing or moving a few steps.) So that means you've ruined a handful of games because you've deemed it below you to even try. So yeah, screw you. Deserved that ban.

Well you didn't post the whole chat log, so we can't draw a complete opinion. Guessing you left it out because it would show that you started the exchange, which it appears you did in the first three lines. I imagine you pissed off your team mates and they bit back, then you proceeded to be childish. You were the catalyst that ruined this game, otherwise you wouldn't have been reported and banned enough to earn a Perma.

This is also probably your mildest chat log, and why its the only one you posted. Care to share the ones from your other bans?

They are saying you've had previous games that got you punished. **Including the ones that got you the 10 game, 25 game chat restrict and 14-day ban. **

Also, email servers has limits on how many lines of text it can receive, so when the text is too long, you'll only receive one game of chatlogs.

I mean, we don't know what the other players said. So we can only form an opinion based on this, and the fact that you are perma banned. Which means there are other offenses, and this was the nail in your coffin. You were being a douchenozzle. You got what you deserved. You more than likely had opportunities to stop being an asshole, you just didn't.

I understand. Used to be a Toxic player myself. Got a 2 day temp, cooled off. Went back to ranked, started trying to help my teams morale instead of destroying it. Won shit tons more games. Games where I was salty....guess what? I didn't talk. Played it out to the best of my ability because I still wanted to win. Yes, I am a support player, so your "Try it as a support" counter argument won't work. Supporting ain't easy, but it is gratifying to do well.

The community of this game is fuckin g trash and the matchmaking makes it to where you are teamed with players who are nowhere near your skill so the game is fun half the time this game needs to be deleted it is possibly the worst game ever made the community is shit the creators are shit everything is shit they dont even fix all the broken stuff in the game like rageblade that has been broken for 5 patches or more and also frost queens has been broken since they made it the creators are lazy assholes.

This SHOULD NOT be a bannable offence, i feel sorry for you man. Riot is fucked up, they take your money then ban you for offences like this so you have to start over....just get the courage to find a new game DOTA 2 has a much better game and punishment system. just a thought

While not nicely worded, this is the only part I agree with. If your behavior is perma-ban worthy, then stay out of this game. It just isn't for you. While it's unfortunate that you weren't able to identify that you don't belong here before you started playing, it's fortunate that you're able to realize it before more damage is done to both you and the rest of the community.
