Rito penalty system is so hypocrytical

They could Ban 95% of their player pool everyday they play if their rules were actually enforced by letter of the law but that would cost them MILLIONS $$$$ . If you have bad game and get too many reports then they will not pick anything you say as a reason for penalty?

1st game I'm getting pressure from their jg while any damage I've done to my opposing mid is wasted as she doesn't have to worry about our jg ganking at all and doesn't seem to notice when I ping her pushed up at low health so I all in her with ult shes 1 hit CC stun and then he Flashes for the Last hit kill. I was livid and refused to take part in helping my team with this player on my team and instead just CSed rest of game avoiding player fights.

2nd game this player is deranking his account a record of 40-172 stil somehow has bronze rank and is baning teamates champ, taking malphite adc with TP and ghost and then walks in circles AFK so of course their support would gank me mid along with jg so I end up with a negative KDA and have a teamat asking for me to be reported.

3rd game I am talking about our opponents in Allied chat when i say they dum or good thing lee sin doesn't use smite as he failed to steal dragon from me. we were winning but had 3 newer players and skill level was just too low on our team to get a win. Thats fine until our jg who is pretty bad was 1/8 starts flaming me over and over in chat saying its my fault my champion I chose I respoond with

And theres no way everyone is punished because at the end of the Day Rito wants to make money if they enforced their rules and took out toxicity their player base would massively dwindle from all the bans.
