Ban System

Hey Riot! I am just your average league player, I play some league with friends on and off and live in South Africa. For this reason I usually play with ping ranging from 200 and up, but still enjoy playing, but, there is a problem, dc's, and then receiving bans thereafter. Now I understand that the ban system is needed for toxicity and bad behavior, 2 things I don't practice whilst playing. Honestly I love playing but getting a ban is such a killer, to wait endlessly for something completely out of my hands. Why the harsh ban waits? Shouldn't a ban system such as CS:GO be better? Because I'd rather just not play then, the waits are so long! I might be moaning, I apologize, but will there ever be any plans as to change this? Peace to all.
