"I hope your motherboard burns out" isn't something that'll get you auto-banned, no. But if you're fighting with a teammate non-stop the entire game, it could contribute towards a punishment. The idea is to not be a dick to your fellow players, and if you're using those words to be a dick, then you risk a punishment.
