Hey Guys can someone give me a tip on how to unban my account because i really miss this account i had very good legendary skins and riot perma banned me, and my bro gifted me a katarina skin and i really liked it

I heard if you flame their support staff really well they'll cave and just unban you. You should give it a shot.
Riot typically does not remove punishments unless it was an error. You'd need to submit a Support Ticket to talk to them about it.
Maybe you shouldn't have broken then rules?
