Please riot games give me my main account back I've reformed, I'm a changed person. I no longer wish to be salty towards garbage teammates and instead will give them helpful advice so as to help them become better players. How can you give me a permanent ban when my last ban had only been for 14 days, could you not just give me a month or two in which time I could learn to be a better person and not talk trash to teammates? Anyway I hope you'll give my sorry ass another chance, cause I fucked up on this one.

It goes from 14 day to permanent ban. If you don't shape up after the 14 day, it is assumed you aren't going to. You can start a new account and try again though.

Scripters leveling accounts to sell them. Banned players still trying to play and are still toxic as ever. Smurfs because they want to? And new people who assume PVP would be easy but find out the hard way.

Ignoring the fact that this game is for kids, I wish they would just ban you on these forums. Everything you say is just so blatantly negative that it's hard to take you seriously. You're either attacking Rioters or trolling these sections sticking up for the toxic players for some reason. I'm not sure but i am assuming you got banned and are hurt by it. You just seem like a jaded girlfriend and Riot is the ex who broke your heart.

I know riot wants to make their game look good but other games as big as league don't care at all about language, yet I get banned by riot even though I've spent money just because everyone on the internet is a pussy now a days.

The language alone isn't a problem, it's directing it at others that's the problem. Also, money =/= exemption from the rules. From the Tribunal FAQ:

What's the point of having a language filter if I can get banned for 'adult' language? We aren't out to punish players who use adult language; in fact, very few players are ever banned for saying stuff like "f***, I missed that skill shot" or "damn, fing close game!" However, the language filter is not an excuse to verbally abuse someone in the game. When you verbally abuse or harass someone by calling them "fing *****" or "ngger noob", that's when you've crossed the line and will be punished by the Tribunal. I've said this before and I'll say it again, we aren't trying to clean online games of adult language; we're trying to reform or get rid of jerks who like to verbally abuse and harass other players.

Why is verbal abuse punishable if there is a mute button/language filter? Players shouldn’t need to rely on features like the mute button or language filter to engage with other players in positive ways. When a player verbally abuses another player and forces him to use the mute button, they have already created a negative experience for that player.

I know how you feel I got banned recently and Riot would never give me a chance. Seriously even after I reformed on my 14 day ban it wouldn't stop every team would troll and harass every match. And oh boy I am the problem when the entire last month not one match there wasn't some person being toxic harassing me cause they wanted yeah I muted them but they can still harass by trolling me. And when I want to speak up or give payback to be who are toxic racist in champ select oh no I am the bad person oh no. Yeah I got banned for standing up for myself I have shown proof to Riot screen shot after game chat and champ selects but nope I am the problem yeah really fair. I admit I can be toxic but I only get toxic when someone wants to. I want to play this game cause I love it but nope have 100 to 300 dollars forever gone and the real toxic players go free. I seriously tried and tried always to be nice but nope that's a sin to Riot. But now I lost all the friends I made that seriously cared about me I lost all that money I lost the only thing I had left to have any fun or be happy since I have nothing in life really and now it's taken cause I wanted to stand up.

Agreed and I have proof of a Player Specialist saying in there own words the way they replied when I went to Riot Support cause some how. Someone found out my Address my mothers name and IP address but the reply to that was just a f u to me. And that they won't do anything about it. I told them like I poured my heart and soul explaining this game is really the only thing I have to be happy and have fun. I am a super nice person but having depression and autism it's really hard to not talk if I get super stressed. Yet that could of been avoided if Riot made a thing oh I know "Disable Chat Option" so that means either I waste time in game if I wanted to talk turning it back on but no they won't. They barely gave me a chance I reformed myself two times this year one when the hextech loot first launched I reformed but when I got a 14 day ban I reformed last month. That means I can change and was trying and trying but no since I had to face nothing but plats diamonds golds in blinds or draft normals in silver bronze elo match. My team would always blame me all the time they crapped on me when I tried to help when I was any role at all. But no I get banned while those people go free I can show if I had another chance that how about this one of the Riot employees play with me for a month and I can show I am a the nicest person ever and can change. Or they just don't care for people with disabilities.

If you want to actually discuss your ban then post the entirety of the chat log and not just a screenshot or bits and pieces of it. I will say that judging by your posts here in this thread it gives the impression that you haven't actually changed and are only telling Riot what they want to hear.
