So how come people who are toxic get banned more than people who troll or int? Trolling or inting is just as bad as being toxic especially in a ranked game riot needs to do something to stop all this bs from happening. People who are toxic i feel should just get a perma chat ban and the people who troll or int should get the game bans, leaver busters and perma ban.

People that troll or int have no proper proof against them because they might have bad game or something, so it's ignored unless the person shows definite proof of trolling like buying 6 tears or something.
Riot doesn't really look at what happened through out the game in terms of death amounts and timings. They just see what happening in front of their eyes.

Both are toxic. RIOT can't prove trolling and inting and they choose to not find a way to fix that.
