I am permanently suspended for no reason

I reset my password a few times and eventually didnt get a password reset email. After vacation, i came back and saw that I am now permanently suspended. It says i can check my email to see the details, but i have no email about it. I sent a ticket, but no one has replied to it yet. Is there a way to get in more direct contact with Riot or a way to get my account unsuspended?

edit: after reading some of the posts here, i would only assume its because of being accidentally banned with the mods or whatever or due to being toxic. I have not used any kind of mod or addon or anything for league and how would they see that i havent used any or have any stuff on my computer? i also have never had a ban for being toxic, only having been chat blocked for a few games a while back.

update: still no word on my tickets or anything of the sort, though i did get an email confirmation email yesterday, so that is hopeful. hopefully riot will fix fast so i can buy a few champions and remember what league is xD

Your account was locked simply for security measures. If you've already written into support, they'll help you from there.

Your best bet is to wait for a response from a Rioter. It may take longer than usual due to the queue being really full right now but have patience and don't bump your ticket.

** i did not do any thing from that but ..... i got ban i play about 6 h every day from 1.5 year ..... and i never got ban before so is that fare ? to get ban bec of unknown reason ?!!

The same situation has happened to a number of people. Including an account of mine. I was able to contact player support, and was told as follows:

Greetings again,

This lock was actually due to a manual review of the account by a Rioter and wasn't a result of any action taken by our Instant Feedback system so that is why there isn't a specific reform card/email for this. Also for some extreme behaviors like intentional griefing/feeding it is very clear to the majority of our players that it isn't acceptable and is why these locks can be issued without any warnings.

I had received chat restrictions a week prior, and I suppose I must have unknowingly said or done something worthy of a ban. As I see it, though, they're starting to look over reports much more closely rather than allowing the "Instant Feedback System" to handle the majority of them. I assure you, if you had received a permanent suspension with no e-mail, and no reform card in client, it was result of a Rioter finding something that you had done wrong. It's a bit awry that they implemented this prior to notifying the player base as a whole. Although I suppose the banning of Tyler1 woke them up a bit in regards of negative players. You're still free to create a new account, though. So good luck [slayer-jinx-catface]

This is in my native country obviously (Mexico)....

Not sure how that would be obvious. I've met many Italian Dominicks, but you'd be the first Mexican one I've seen.
