Someone may have stole my info?

Hello, please read this because I fear for my safety right now. I was just playing a ranked game as Jayce, and there was a Taliyah on the enemy team that was very toxic. After game chat, (his negativity made his team lose,) he posted a link, and I dont want to post it here, but ill post part of it with the . tag it had on the end. -removing hyperlink- When he posted it he said, "alright have fun panicking, Im going for a jog":). And when he posted it I thought it was a dumb joke, but when i clicked on the full link and saw my IP adress, my heart sank into my chest. So I'm kinda scared now guys, does anyone know what he can do with my IP? Can he come to my house? swat me? hack my computer? If anyone can help I would really appreciate it.
