It fed the enemy team, the enemy team got arrogant and talking crap, i said i was reporting lux and hope she got banned for ruining a game. then i get banned for wanting to report a troll? what kind of justice is this? wtf? riot what the hell have you done.

it's dumb to tell someone you are going to report. if they deserve a report then just do it.
if they are trolling then they dont care, and if they are not trolling then it is only going to cause problems.
i dont think its good enough reason for a ban, but there is no doubt that it causes negativity in the game.
