Why does it take so long to get a Normal Draft pick game going?
Its just constant dodging after bans or afking from the start. Is it always like this and is ranked no different?
Frustrating as fed up with the childish behaviour in Blind Pick!

My guess is it's mostly autofills who don't want their role, 1-tricks who see 'their' champions banned, and the meta-obsessed who don't like the matchups.
