Banned for toxic when i havent swore once ?

Okay so I recently got of my second term chat ban which is 25 games . I was aware my next punishment would be a 14 day suspension so I made sure I tried to improve and not curse . And that's what I did . Despite having my team flame every single game I play , I don't curse and im still getting reported and punished ? \

Game 1 : I tried explaining to my vlad we were losing because he was forcing fights for no reason , vlad responds with the typical 'stfu idiot' , I haven't swore once . I called braum genius and him a 'moron' after he flamed me for 30 min . And some how this is proof . I love how riot includes all my other texts over a 40min period to make it seem like im spamming and flaming when in reality its nothing when its spread out 40 minutes

Game 2 : I LEGIT HAD A MISS FORTUNE AFK WALK AROUND IN BASE AROUND NEXUS BECAUSE I THOUGHT I WAS BOT IN CHAMP SELECT BY ACCCIDENT . I ALSO OFFERED HER BOT AND SHE DECLINED , AND PROCEEDED TO MUTE HER , I LOVE HOW RIOT DOESNT INCLUDE THAT

Game 3 : Literally not even proof of toxic , hardly said anything , these were mostly replies to the flame I was getting ?

For each of these games these messages were sent in a 4- 1 hour time period , not all in 1 min I don't spam or flame anymore and im still getting punished , no matter what I say ? This makes no sense to me and im really starting to get angry . What is actually going on riot , do you even personally look at these before you make punishments or is it auto ? Re consider my ban maybe this makes no sense whats so ever , I don't enjoy in sending these im actually frustrated and trying to communicate while my team flames me . And im being penalized , perfect . Please maybe reconsider this , you can clearly see its not anywhere near worth a 14 day ban . And no I don't want to wait it out because I suffer from depression and league is literally the only thing that keeps my mind busy , and this just makes me furious for how insanely silly it is .

Seems like allot of people are deeming my actions ban worthy ,

I suppose I understand the sensitivity and severity of the situation , I never expected it to be this serious when it comes to not swearing but being 'toxic'

I have been recently chat banned but I was swearing , I assumed my problem was swearing only I never imagined comments like mine above would get me banned

I really do understand my limits and effects on other peoples games now

I spend allot of time on league playing because I have nothing to do , I see what I have done wrong and I understand now how serious it is

Any chance we could lift this 14 day ban ?

It's not about cursing. You can curse a reasonable amount without most players having any issue with it at all. The problem is blaming your teammates, threatening players with reports, lobbying to mass report, and a lot of other negativity in general. It's not that you said "a bad word", it's that you're consistently creating a negative environment for the other players.

You can't force other players to do what you want. If you make a call and they don't want to do it, respect it and do what you can with their choice or do something you can do on your own or with the other members of your team. If they are causing problems for you in chat you can mute them, and report if you feel necessary. If you threaten them with reports all you're going to do is fan the fire; it only takes 1 report to flag a match for review, so just keep it to yourself and report them silently.

As for getting a 14 day ban for this, there are 4 tiers of punishments. You move up at least one step each time you get punished, so a 14 day ban is typically the result of having multiple prior punishments already and refusing to improve your behavior, though extreme behavior can skip steps.
