Hey, this account was perm banned at the start of this year (maybe end of last year can't 100% remember) I was just wondering where I can find the chat logs etc. As I did not receive them through email, I completely accept the ban and happy to take it I just want to see where I can improve on my self. Much appreciated for any reply. Just to clarify I'm 100% sure the ban was definitely deserved I'm not trying to appeal it as I got perm banned 8 months after receiving a 2 week ban so I should've kept my words to my self.

Just log into your account and yeah, that's it. A pop up will show your chatlogs

I did that but it only shows me logs from February? My account got banned in late December/early January and in that chat log I was quoting what an ezreal was saying to me. I'll maybe email the support for an updated log.

Probably you sht chat before or after the game as those chats do not produce chat logs.

They gives you in-game chat, but can't provide pre and post game chats which are equal for reviews just as in-game chat. You can say nothing at all in-game chat but if you are toxic pre or post game you still can get ban even RIOT do not give you those chat logs.

BTW, calling for reports = considered as harassment. Calling somebody an idiot is considered as toxicity.
