I was randomly permanently banned on two accounts of mine over night, please help

I would like to get this resolved as I was doing nothing wrong I had two accounts Similar names and did nothing to get reported for doing so, No scripting no harassment, summoner name wasn't offensive nothing, I can't connect to your support website because over both the ban and this I have not received any emails from Riot involving them, I'm begging you to not give me some generic bot message sending me to your support page I cannot reach it.
