14 days ban then perma ban?!

so i just got a warning or suspension for 14days ban but i did not understand why i was banned so i wrote to riot support and the next day after they send me an email saying that youre account is perma banned what?!

i got an shaco support so i wrote he is fking useless but i uses f**k 2 times in the sentence but i blame him for losing my match promo

I would first double check that with support. Then I would ask if you had behaved well enough to de-escalate your punishment tiers. If not, you may have been just bad enough to remain at a tier but not bad enough to have been punished during that time.

(FYI I had a great experience as an ADC with an AP Shaco Support once. It was particularly effective against Zed.)

It looks like they manually reviewed you and found your behavior not to be acceptable. Skimming your history, I see a few matches that I'm willing to bet had an influence in that decision.

3 days ago you had a Draven game where you went 0/10/3, were only level 12 at the end of a 36 minute game, and had no items at the end. Before the end of that game, you sold all your items to try and go AP Support Draven.
4 days ago you had a Draven game where you sold all your items and replaced them with tears at the 13 minute mark.
7 days ago you had another Draven game where you went 0/8/2, and sold all your items and replaced them with tears.
8 days ago you had another Draven game where you sold all your items and replaced them with tears at the 13 minute mark.

The game isn't over at the 13 minute mark. I advise on your next account (should you chose to make one) to stop throwing little temper tantrums and giving up.

I'm sorry but that just isn't how it works. First off, please post your logs if you want any help at all.

The only cases I have seen something like this happen would be when a player writes to support, support look into it and finds you toxicity even worse than they initially thought. What you need to do, however, is post your logs if you want any help.
