14 days ban then perma ban?!
so i just got a warning or suspension for 14days ban but i did not understand why i was banned so i wrote to riot support and the next day after they send me an email saying that youre account is perma banned what?!

It's possible that while they were processing your 14 day ban, you were still being toxic.

I'm sorry but that just isn't how it works. First off, please post your logs if you want any help at all.
The only cases I have seen something like this happen would be when a player writes to support, support look into it and finds you toxicity even worse than they initially thought. What you need to do, however, is post your logs if you want any help.
